Lie on your stomach, raise your head and trunk, and stretch your neck back to work on your double chin. Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat.
To do it, sit in a comfortable position and place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Open your mouth wide and hold for 30-60 seconds.
Jalandhar Bandha is a yoga pose that tones the face and jawline. To do it, sit in a comfortable position, place your hands on your knees, and lift your sternum towards your chin. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
To do the fish face exercise, suck your cheeks and lips inwards and try to smile. Hold for 15-20 seconds and repeat. This exercise will tone and stretch your cheek muscles.
To do the mouthwash technique, fill your mouth with air and move it from one corner of your mouth to the other. Repeat this for a few minutes. This exercise will tone your cheeks and help to reduce a double chin.
Sit comfortably with your back straight. Gently roll your head in a circle, clockwise and counterclockwise, 10 times in each direction.
